• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking through accepted online or offline modes.
• Bookings are confirmed only after payment confirmation.
• Seralis Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any booking due to technical, operational, or medical reasons.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as per our Refund Policy.

• Home collection services are subject to availability and location coverage.
• The customer must ensure accurate address details and presence at the scheduled time.
• If the patient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, the collection may be rescheduled or cancelled, and rescheduling charges may apply.
• Safety, hygiene, and confidentiality are maintained during every collection as per Seralis Lab standards.

• Reports are typically delivered within the specified turnaround time (TAT) mentioned for each test.
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as equipment maintenance, sample reprocessing, or external lab dependencies.
• Reports are delivered securely via registered email, website login, or WhatsApp (if consented).
• Seralis Lab does not guarantee any specific result outcome or medical interpretation.

• You are responsible for providing accurate personal details, contact information, and medical history.
• Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to invalid reports, cancellations, or delays, for which Seralis Lab will not be liable.

Seralis Lab respects your privacy and handles your personal data with utmost confidentiality.

Your data is collected and processed only for legitimate medical and operational purposes.

We do not share your data with third parties except:

• Authorized medical professionals involved in the diagnostic process,
• Regulatory authorities when required by law, or
• Payment gateways for processing transactions.

• Customers can cancel or reschedule tests as per the guidelines in our Refund Policy.
• Refunds are processed only in eligible cases, typically within 10 business days.
• No refunds will be provided once the test has been performed and the report generated.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

• Seralis Lab reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
